Himalayan Meditation

For thousands of years, Yoga has been known as meditation, a tool for liberation. In the last one hundred years, however, the word Yoga has become a homonym. It now represents two different things that rarely meet: gymnastics and meditation.

Between where we are and Self-Realization, stands the mind. To attain direct experience of the Self, which is beyond the mind, we must encounter and explore the mind itself, so as to transcend it.
