Observe, accept, and understand as you journey inward to your center of consciousness.
During the retreat you will learn and dive deep into yoga meditation, ayurvedic cooking, and plant medicine to explore deeper aspects of your True-Self and nature.
In the end, you will take home the tools necessary to continue unravel the mind and other aspects of your being.
You will grasp a basic understanding of fundamental concepts and techniques that allow us to journey inward. Each day you will explore a pillar of Yoga Meditation and practice. As we learn to observe, accept, understand, and unravel the mind, plant medicine aids us in releasing blockages and acts as a gate to the center of consciousness.
You will take an assessment of yourself to determine your prominent dosha and specific constitution. We will taste and discover the different uses and benefits for herbs in tea. You may keep a journal of how you feel each day according to what you ate and take time to practice self-love, whatever that looks like for you. Recipes will be shared and you will have a better understanding of what you need to feel your best.
Ancient and indigenous cultures around the world have documented and passed down ceremonies using plants since the beginning of time. Plant medicine is used for healing and communicating with nature. Through these practices, you will learn how to tap into the sacred medicine, spirit, essence, and guidance of the plants.
You will aim to build a deeper respect for yourself and these "plants of the gods" while redefining your relationship to the medicine.
