1 handful of Purple Cabbage
1 head of Broccoli, steamed
1/2 cup of Quinoa, steamed
1 tbsp of Coconut Oil
1 large handful of Mushrooms, sliced & sautéed
(or you can use sprouted lentils)
Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Cilantro for garnish
