Magnesium Rich Green Juice


Stabilizes the body’s PH levels and provides a green leafy boost of magnesium.


1 handful of Kale
4 large stalks of Celery
1 handful of Spinach
1/2 Green Apple
1/4 Cucumber
1 Kiwi
1 tbsp of Ginger


Step 1: Wash all produce.
(You can leave the skin on the ginger root or you can peel it. Just a matter of preference.)

Step 2: Chop all ingredients so they fit in the blender.

Step 3: Place all ingredients in the blender.

Step 4: Add filtered water.

Step 5: Blend.

Step 6: Strain and set pulp aside for another recipe.
(Or you can leave the pulp if you like).

Step 7: Drink up! Cheers to your health.
