This means you are currently consistent or have had a steady yoga/meditation practice for some time. You know what sun salutations are and can practice them on your own. You understand the basics of pranayama and how to still your mind in meditation.
At this level, you will be guided into deeper levels of your asana, pranayama, and meditation practice. You may enter into a familiar pose from a different perspective and gain insight.
If you’ve been practicing a while, you probably already have a mat and love it. It has become part of you and you are grateful for all of the breakthroughs you’ve had while flowing on it.
Suggestions to enhance your practice:
- Start learning the names of the poses
- Incorporate oils before pranayama
- Go deeper into how diet affects your practice
