Ingredients:

2 Carrots, julienned
1 handful of Purple Cabbage
1 head of Broccoli, steamed
1/2 cup of Quinoa, steamed
1 tbsp of Coconut Oil
1 large handful of Mushrooms, sliced & sautéed
(or you can use sprouted lentils)
Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Cilantro for garnish

Leafy Alkaline Spinach Salad

Benefits:

This salad is high in chlorophyl and restores PH balance in the body.


Ingredients:

1 cup of Raw Spinach
1/2 Lemon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pink Himalayan Salt

Directions:

Step 1: Wash spinach leaves.

Step 2: Place spinach in a bowl.

Step 3: Drizzle cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil on top.

Step 4: Squeeze lemon juice all over.

Step 5: Add salt & pepper to taste.

Step 6: Enjoy!

Magnesium Rich Green Juice

Benefits: 

Stabilizes the body’s PH levels and provides a green leafy boost of magnesium.


Ingredients:

1 handful of Kale
4 large stalks of Celery
1 handful of Spinach
1/2 Green Apple
1/4 Cucumber
1 Kiwi
1 tbsp of Ginger

Directions: 

Step 1: Wash all produce.
(You can leave the skin on the ginger root or you can peel it. Just a matter of preference.)

Step 2: Chop all ingredients so they fit in the blender.

Step 3: Place all ingredients in the blender.

Step 4: Add filtered water.

Step 5: Blend.

Step 6: Strain and set pulp aside for another recipe.
(Or you can leave the pulp if you like).

Step 7: Drink up! Cheers to your health.
